Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item arrived defective or you received the wrong item — in those cases, we cover return shipping and will make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at yngbrand26@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
